The right factory depends on the product. We shortlist manufacturers whose experience and capabilities suit your product, quantities and timeline, so you choose with the facts in front of you.
The details finish a garment. Our procurement team sources buttons, zips, chains, labels and other trims, including pieces made to your own designs or specifications, so they're ready when production needs them.
Samples are where the details get settled. We keep comments, measurements and approvals clear between you and the sample room, so production follows the sample you approved.
Once production starts, we follow up on the agreed milestones and keep you updated, so you always know where your order stands.
We follow up on the quality checks agreed for your order and make sure the results reach you. When you want an independent inspection, we arrange it with a specialist provider.
Packing details are often decided last and are easy to get wrong. We confirm your labelling, folding, polybag and carton requirements with the factory before packing begins.
We liaise between the factory and your freight forwarder so that shipping arrangements and documents are in place when the goods are ready.
